STORE POLICY "Shipping and Returns" We are pleased to have you as our customer. We ship UPS Ground, three day select, 2nd day air or next day air. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. If you live in the state of Texas, you must pay 8.25% state tax. If you live in another state, you are liable to that state. If you live outside the United States, you must pay all import duties and VAT as governed by your country. We do not collect or pay taxes to foreign governments. If you refuse to pay these taxes, you will owe us an additional $200 to ship the instrument back to the United States. Instruments shipped overseas are not covered under warranty nor is Southpaw Guitars liable for any repairs. We do not give refunds, we give store credit or exchanges only. Custom Orders can not be cancelled. We do allow you all your money back in trade against retail if you ever want to upgrade your guitar. For all you studio musicians and star types, We do not sell our high end guitars for session use only to be returned. In this instance, a 30% restocking fee will be assessed. Minimum $200. We offer a 72 hour approval period from the time you receive your instrument. If you decide to return your purchase, you must take the following steps. 1.Obtain a Return Authorization number via e-mail or phone, explaining the reason for the return. 2.Your purchase must be returned in the original shipping carton packed the same way as received. 3.In the event that damage should occur, a damage call tag will be issued. 4.
